Classic Caesar Salad

Chopped romaine, shaved parmesan, herbed croutons and sliced cherry tomatoes

 tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing

Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls

 with a Sweet Chili and Peanut Dipping Sauce

Thin sliced carrots and red bell pepper, red onion, lettuce leaves, broccoli sprouts,

cucumber strips, chopped peanuts and fresh mint rolled with rice paper served on greens


Basil and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

Fresh basil and mozzarella stuffed in a chicken breast with a pesto cream sauce

served with wild rice and roasted asparagus


Grilled Italian Sandwich

Genoa Salami capicola, and smoked ham with smoked gouda cheese, pickled red onion,

 roasted red pepper and garlic aioli grilled on sour dough bread

Choice of fresh fruit or gluten free potato chips
