Layers of roasted turkey, smoked ham, Cherrywood smoked bacon,
lettuce, tomato and smoked Gouda cheese
with a dijonaise sauce served on sourdough bread,
your choice of Gluten Free kettle chips or fresh fruit

Caprese Salad

Fresh Mozzarella and roma tomatoes over a bed of fresh baby arugula

with a balsamic reduction and basil chiffonade

The Lazy Cow Salad

½ lb grass-fed all beef patty, cooked to temperature
beneath a bed of fresh heritage greens with
sliced English cucumbers, shaved onion, sliced grape tomatoes,
with your choice of cheese and dressing


Portobello Ravioli

Portobello stuffed ravioli with a marsala style sauce with crispy shallots

and caramelized brussels sprouts leaves
